Telehandler

Jobstore are looking for an experienced Telehandler to join our clients operation in Fleetwood.

Duties:
- Operate a telehandler to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Transport materials to designated areas using the telehandler
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the telehandler to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the telehandler

- Support with general site labouring tasks

- Communicate with team members to coordinate material movements

Skills:
- Valid certification or license to operate a telehandler
- Proven experience operating a telehandler in a construction or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to operating a telehandler
- Ability to accurately assess weights and dimensions of materials being lifted
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members

This will be a two week contract starting in November
