H9 Human Resources are currently hiring for a HR to work with our amazing client in Fleetwood. You will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on all people related matters.

This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation adheres to best practices in people management, promoting a positive work environment, and supporting the implementation of strategies and initiatives.

Some of the resposbilities are but not limited too:


- Manage HR documentation and maintain up-to-date, compliant databases.
- Support onboarding, process joiners/leavers, and handle employee records.
- Generate business reports and track HR metrics.
- Participate in HR meetings and manage your own caseload.
- Enhance internal communication and provide support to leadership.

Qualifications/Skills to be considered:


- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Office administration experience with a professional and reliable approach.
- High confidentiality, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
