Randstad is looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding Team in the Fleetwood area of Lancashire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people while benefiting from a supportive and flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children, young people, and families to safeguard and promote their welfare.
- Apply strength-based approaches to support families and reduce risks.
- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to deliver effective plans.
- Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring quality interventions and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant social work degree qualification.
- Current registration as a Qualified Social Worker.
- Experience in safeguarding and working with children and families.
- Strong communication, assessment, and planning skills.
