Our client, a leading international manufacturing company are looking to recruit an organised, professional, and efficient Supply Chain Administrator.

Reporting to the Site Director duties include:

  • Liaise with manufacturers and buyers to ensure product lifecycle timeframes are met
  • Ensure order received are deployed to factories in a timely manner
  • Raise purchase requests to accounts in line with customer key dates
  • Inputting of data onto customer portals
  • Attention to detail on shipping plans
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with maintaining key accounts
  • Converse with merchandising teams of customer
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of MS applications in full
  • Observing and analysing the entire supply chain
  • Working with other staff members in all departments to improve efficiency
  • Managing materials tolerances to facilitate manufacturing demands
  • Ensuring timely product delivery and quality standards are met
  • Managing the flow of goods and services through their company’s supply chain

As an ideal applicant you will have good interpersonal and administrative skills and able to communicate externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues together with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and/or Sage would be advantageous, with the ability to manage the process of your own workload and excellent numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
