Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a temporary Laboratory Technician for our prestigious client based in the Flint area.

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about quality, safety, and teamwork, with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily microbiological testing on products and raw materials.
  • Follow procedures carefully and work efficiently to meet targets.
  • Keep lab supplies stocked as needed.
  • Provide quality control (QC) reports when needed.
  • Conduct product quality tests as required.
  • Maintain lab procedures and instructions.
  • Train manufacturing team members in quality testing and hygiene.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of GCSEs in mathematics and two science subjects.
  • Lab experience is a plus.
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Strong numeracy and data handling
  • Initiative and flexibility
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of safe lab practices

Hours of Work:

While under training:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00AM-16:00PM.

Once training is complete:

  • Saturday to Wednesday 08:00AM-16:00PM.
