Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all safety policies and principles, demonstrating competence to the SOP standards within designated areas.
  • Identify potential hazards in the workplace and work collaboratively to address them.
  • Perform basic operations within a production section while understanding the process's impact on other areas.
  • Detect and report quality issues promptly.
  • Follow instructions to complete defined tasks efficiently.
  • Resolve problems within your work area as they arise.
  • Operate hand tools with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet defined standards.
  • Utilize operational experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 or BTEC qualification, preferably in manufacturing or production disciplines.
  • Basic knowledge of paper technology or general manufacturing processes is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills.
  • Interest in self-development and willingness to invest time in further training or education.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Awareness of customer needs and quality standards in production processes.

Working Hours:

  • Shift Pattern: 4 on / 6 off.
  • Initial Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the first week, transitioning to the standard shift pattern thereafter.
