Acorn by Synergie is searching for a Sales Support Executive to join their client, a leading manufacturing business in Flint, North Wales.

Primarily focused on the UK market, the purpose of the role is to support Sales Managers in the management and development of the company sales for a designated portfolio of customer accounts.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

* Drawing up and maintaining a project management schedule for each customer project.

* Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide regular updates and highlight potential issues.

* Raise relevant internal documentation, ensuring their timely completion and sign-off.

* Co-ordinate and manage the artwork process, communicating with the customer, their agents, artwork houses and other parties to meet all the requirements for the completion of artwork.

* Manage the launch process and owning the critical paths, working with the stakeholders to ensure they stay on track.

* Maintain the customer price files.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of the manufacturing process, the ability to lead projects ensuring that they are delivered on time and in full.

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working - 3 days a week working in the office and 2 days working from home.
