Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Salary: £90 - £100 per day

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant educational community in Flintshire. As a TA, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and help create a positive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Participate in school events and activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- A passion for education and working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education is a plus.
