Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a temporary Production Machine Operator for our prestigious client based in the Flint area.

We're looking for an experienced machine operator to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain SOP standards.
  • Identify and report hazards in the work area.
  • Operate machinery in production, understanding how each task impacts other areas.
  • Spot quality issues and report them when necessary.
  • Perform assigned tasks and solve basic issues in your work area.
  • Use hand tools with precision and keep your work space clean and organised.
  • Have experience in FMCG operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • NVQ level 2 (or equivalent), ideally in manufacturing or production.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or paper technology is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organised.
  • Strong numerical and communication skills.
  • Open to personal development and continued learning.
  • A team player who builds trust and values quality in their work.

Hours of Work:

  • 4 days on 6 days off Shift Pattern.
