Job Advert: Production Operative
Location: Flint
Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is currently seeking a Production Operative to join their team in Flint. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in the production of composites
- Follow safety protocols and wear safety boots throughout the shift
- Ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the tin room
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday, from 7am to 6pm
- Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortable working in pigments and dyes
