Role & Responsibilities:
- You will have a team of counterbalance drivers and operatives, who will work under your supervision and deputise in the absence of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager.
- Plan and manage daily operational tasks, assigning resources and setting priorities.
- Ensuring raw materials and packaging are issued to production in a timely manner to avoid any line downtime.
- Inputting inventory checks onto the system and investigate any stock discrepancies.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience of leading a team in a busy manufacturing warehouse.
- You will be target driven, problem solving, excellent communicator and able to lead and motivate others.
- Hold a current counterbalance forklift licence.
