We are currently hiring for eager, passionate NQTs to start work in schools across Flint from September.

Requirements for the Role:
- Ability to teach the national curriculum across Foundation Phase KS2
- Relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE.
- Committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
- Must hold a current enhanced DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Registered or happy to register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council for Wales)
- Knowledge of the Welsh Curriculum
Responsibilities:
- Cultivating a supportive and engaging space that encourages a love for learning.
- Delivering constructive feedback to students to maintain high standards of work.
- Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team, Teaching Assistants, and Parents/Carers to support pupil progress and address individual needs.
- Designing and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
