An excellent opportunity to join an innovative growing business based in Flintshire within the manufacturing industry who offer bespoke products designed for their clients needs. They are are looking for somebody to join their team and drive new business sales and nurture existing relationships.

The successful person needs to be down to earth and approachable, explaining and recommending a solution based on the clients needs.

This is a great opportunity for a Sales Professional, who is looking to further their career within a role with a company offering an excellent package including a basic salary of up to 38K, 400 per month and car allowance and an uncapped commission structure.

Job Description:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and new markets turning this into increased business dependant on level of experience and knowledge of sectors
  • Actively manage the sales process, lead generation, clarifying requirements and budget.
  • Manage client's proposals abiding by quality procedures
  • Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
  • Plan approaches and presentations, build relationships with new clients
  • Utilise social media, LinkedIn.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience within a B2B sales role
  • Ability to manage client accounts, maximising sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised individual with the ability to lead and manage various projects
  • A passion for sales!
