Accounts Administrator Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business comprising of 4 brands. You will be working in a small team, reporting into the Finance Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of a group company accounting department.

Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank payments and reconciliations
  • Managing customer and supplier ledgers
  • Credit control and credit limit management
  • Processing credit cards and expenses
  • Other tasks and project work as required

Accounts Administrator Experience Required

  • Experienced in a similar accounts or admin role with a good work ethic, effective communication and time management skills.
  • Flexibility towards tasks with the ability to work effectively using own initiative
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work
  • Superb communication and customer service skills with a helpful manner
  • IT literacy: good/advanced excel skills, SAP (B1) experience is preferred, but not required
