Finance Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and a 'can do' attitude? We're looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our team in Flint, managing a wide array of accounting tasks. Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (45 minutes lunch)
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (30 minutes lunch)
What You'll Do:
- Handle everything from customer invoicing and receipts to credit control.
- Manage supplier transactions, including invoicing and VAT transactions.
- Take care of monthly Bacs runs and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee payroll and pensions for up to 20 staff members.
- Keep track of petty cash and project costings.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns following HMRC guidelines.
- Generate monthly reports to aid in management account production.
- Arrange foreign currency trades when needed.
- Tackle general accounts admin tasks.
What You'll Need:
- AAT qualification (Level 3 or above) or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Sage 50 Accounts.
- A solid background in various accounting functions.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- A talent for multitasking and solving problems.
- A disciplined approach to meeting deadlines and taking ownership of your work.
