Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design & Technology (D&T) teacher to join our team for 2 days a week. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage students in the exciting world of design and technology, encouraging them to explore their creativity and develop practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging D&T lessons that cater to a diverse range of students.
- Develop and implement innovative projects and activities that promote hands-on learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the D&T curriculum and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Design & Technology at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of D&T curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
