Reed Education North Wales are working with a Secondary school in Flintshire we are currently recruiting for a Performing Arts/Drama Teacher on a full time basis to teach Performing Arts/Drama to GCSE. This role is to start January 2025 and is to cover a maternity leave. I am keen to hear from Performing Arts/Drama Teachers who have a passion for teaching Performing Arts/Drama and be committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students

Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents

Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Performing Arts/Drama education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into teaching practice where appropriate

Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent

Proven experience teaching Performing Arts/Drama to students of all ages and abilities

Enhanced DBS (this can be processed through Reed)

Rights to work in the UK

NQTs welcome
