For the successful Fabricator Welder our client is offering;
- Starting pay rate of £15 - £17 per hour PAYE (Depending on skillset & experience)
- Overtime is available at x1.33, x1.5 & x2 rates
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
- Potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate
- Potential opportunities for international project work
The Role - Fabricator Welder
- Welding on mild steel and stainless steel
- MIG & TIG Welding
- Complete fabrication in the workshop & on-site
- Steelwork and process pipework fabrication
- Working from engineering drawing
- Site project work
- Custom machinery and equipment
- Onsite installation, fitting, and maintenance
What our client is looking for in a Fabricator Welder
- City & Guilds/NVQ in fabrication or welding or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification BENEFICIAL
- Current or previous codings in MIG or TIG welding BENEFICIAL
- Ability to read engineering drawings, produce cutting lists, then produce fabrications unaided BENEFICIAL
- Competent in the use of workshop machinery - saws, grinders, drills etc. BENEFICIAL
- Previous experience with Pipe welding/ Pipefitting BENEFICIAL
- CSCS/ CCNSG or equivalent ESSENTIAL
