About the Role:
As a tutor at our school, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored educational support to our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEMH and ASC.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with our dedicated staff to create and implement effective educational strategies.
- Supporting students' social and emotional development alongside their academic progress.
What we're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher or experienced tutor with a passion for supporting students with SEMH and ASC.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in special education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching.
