We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent long term career opportunity for a dynamic, sales driven and ambitious individual. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience in a 360- recruitment role.

·         Level 3 Recruitment Consultant - CPD Certified Diploma or equivalent

·         Educated to at least GCSE-level and have good numeracy and literacy skills. 

·         Minimum work experience of 3 years.

·         Right to Work in the UK, Security Screening, Means of Travel

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·         Adept at managing multiple client accounts with a focus on delivering results.

·         Proficiency in utilising recruitment software and social media platforms to source candidates and market services.

·         Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring accurate maintenance of candidate databases and documentation.

·         Adaptability and flexibility are essential traits, allowing for responsive adjustment to changing recruitment demands.
