Complaints Advisor (Housing/Property)

- Permanent full time role (hybrid working)

- Based in the Twickenham/Teddington area of South West London

- Salary up to £33,000 plus excellent benefits package. Role requires being in the office 3 days a week

- Hours 9am - 5.15pm Monday-Friday

A reputable and award winning employer is looking to add a Complaints Advisor to its team in South West London. The role will join an existing customer service and complaints team focused on delivering the best in service to clients and customers.

Duties will include:

- Investigating and managing complaints through to resolution

- Ensure all complaints are acknowledged in the appropriate way

- Raise any concerns internally and escalate where necessary

- Identify trends and make sure everything is audited

- Keep CRM updated with all information 

To be considered suitable for this Complaints Advisor role you will need the following:

- Ability to commute to Twickenham/Teddington three days a week

- Previous experience in managing complaints (including written responses and ideally to Ombudsman code)

- Strong customer service skills

- Strong organisation skills and enthusiastic towards problem solving
