A highly successful and rapidly growing software house based in Kingston, Surrey are looking for a Senior Test Lead to join their Software Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a newly created role as they look to uplift and enhance their centralised Test Management Framework. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, you will define, design and work to continually improve their testing processes, leading and supporting a small team of Test Analysts as you go. The ideal candidate will have worked as Test Manager, Test Lead of Senior Tester previously and will have some load testing experience.
Please note – this role offers hybrid working – 2 days per week you will be based in the office in Kingston and 3 at home.
As the Test Lead your primary focus will be to design and document their centralised Test Management Framework for all functional and non functional testing including automation. You will own the test took framework; preparing business cases for and overseeing tool upgrades. You will manage the overall work plan for all testing; functional and non functional, creating test strategies and plans to support the Product Owners.
To be suitable for this Test Manager role you will have previous experience across a variety of testing and testing tools. You will have worked as a Senior Tester or Lead Tester before and demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills. Experience of automated regression, load and security testing tools would be beneficial.
The salary on offer for this Test Manager role is up to £70,000 depending on experience.
