Description
As Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of 3, overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts and assisting in hands-on duties where required.
- Analysing customer profitability
- Appraising proposals for new business, looking at rewards vs risk
- Developing and maintaining business pricing tools
- Understanding and managing commercial and financial risks with clients, service providers, partners and suppliers
- Provide input on operations profit improvement plans and the development of costing models
- Analyse and report on business performance, challenging stakeholders at all levels
Profile
My client is looking for the following:
Qualified / Qualified by Experience
Experience of managing small teams
The ability to demonstrate business partnering and adding commercial value in previous roles
Experience of 3PL / working in the logistics sector would be useful but not essential
Able to start immediately or up to 1 month's notice maximum
Job Offer
Up to £60,000 dependent on experience
