My client are a thriving business and a local success story seeking a bright, talented, aspiring finance assistant to join them.
Description
- Assist with data inputting across two systems
- Matching and coding invoices
- Assist with supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist with resolving supplier and customer queries
- Liaise with suppliers, purchasers, and warehouse to deal with any invoices queries on deliveries or pricing
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Expense claims and credit cards
- Banking
- Petty Cash postings
- Adhoc financial projects and any other duties as required
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Some Knowledge of Excell and sage accounting software
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills as will be required to communicate internally and externally
- Studying AAT level 2 qualification would be advantageous however not required.
