I am working with a full service award winning agency who are looking for a Marketing Account Director to join their thriving Accounts team in leading, developing and understanding digital strategies for their clients and ensuring they're delivered to a great standard through working with all internal teams. For this role of Marketing Account Director you must have a very digital head with an ease to communicate PPC/ SEO and Content at a high level as well as the ability to develop your team members. A bit about this role:

** Lead the strategy for a portfolio of clients across diverse industries, translating business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.

** Be accountable for meeting and exceeding external KPI targets while overseeing the performance of your client accounts and team.

** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and fostering long-term relationships.

** Oversee and mentor a team of Strategic Account Managers, ensuring their personal and professional development.

** Manage internal processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

** Be hands-on in client meetings, business reviews, and strategy development, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and measurable outcomes.

What we need from you:

** Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, within a digital marketing agency.

** A strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies, with the ability to communicate these at a high level.

** Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

** A track record of building and sustaining long-term client relationships.

**Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and SEMRush

** A can do attitude and aptitude 

** Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
