Purchase Ledger Daily Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process invoices and manage timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and swiftly resolve any discrepancies.
- Address and resolve queries related to accounts payable.
- Maintain precise financial records and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Collaborate effectively with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Purchase Ledger Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- In-depth understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effective written and verbal exchanges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Folkestone.
