Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
