Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the efficient implementation of a new HR Information System
- Establishing efficient workflows
- Ensuring data migration accuracy
- Improving data management
- Developing a suite of valuable HR metrics
- Creating user guides and training our team on the new system
- Develop your employee relations knowledge
- Supporting the team with ER cases
Skills & experience required:
- Have a great knowledge of HR systems, metrics and insights
- Ideally have an understanding of HR information systems within education
- Ideally worked in a team who successfully delivered a HRIS
- Have excellent relationship building skills
- An analytics and process driven mind set
- Be able to work on own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively
- Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
