JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation in the education sector looking to add a HR Systems & Data Officer to its team for a 12 month fixed term contract.  Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring the efficient implementation of a new HR Information System
  • Establishing efficient workflows
  • Ensuring data migration accuracy
  • Improving data management
  • Developing a suite of valuable HR metrics
  • Creating user guides and training our team on the new system
  • Develop your employee relations knowledge
  • Supporting the team with ER cases
  Skills & experience required:
  • Have a great knowledge of HR systems, metrics and insights
  • Ideally have an understanding of HR information systems within education
  • Ideally worked in a team who successfully delivered a HRIS
  • Have excellent relationship building skills
  • An analytics and process driven mind set
  • Be able to work on own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
