As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the home, ensuring young people receive high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, and comfortable accommodation.
  • Playing a crucial role in building a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values.
  • Leading the staff team and deploying appropriate resources to fulfil key tasks.
  • Providing induction, supervision, and appraisal to ensure staff development and effective communication.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including child protection, health and safety, finance, control, and administration.

  • Hold at minimum a Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential Childcare and be committed to working towards the Level 5.
  • Have a proven track record as a Registered Manager of a Good or Outstanding graded Childrens Home.
  • Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references.
