We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to work with our international client based in the Folkestone area.

The role will require you to be a key part of the quality team, and you will be responsible for looking after the online training data and programmes for all of the staff within the organisation. You will need to collate the data required to update the Standard Operating Procedures and then update this information on the internal training system.

You will ensure that all the staff are up to date with their required training, and you will look after the necessary matrices that that record all of this data. You will liaise with the staff, reminding them of their requirements and ensure that the training is carried out within set timescales.

You will need to have excellent organisation, communication and administrative skills, be fully conversant with Excel and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

If you have experience in a compliance or auditing role, or have worked to ISO standards and been responsible for these, this role would very much suit you. If you have worked with online training tools as well this would be an advantage.

The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday with a 4.30 finish on a Friday. This will be a Hybrid role and there will be some working from home involved. This is a temporary role initially for 6 months with an immediate start.
