JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

LOCATION: Folkestone

SALARY: £12ph

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

This is a temporary position starting immediately so please only apply if you can start within a few days. You will be based in ultra modern, open plan offices with ample free parking on site. The day to day duties in this role would be:

  • Receiving emails to the Customer Service inbox
  • Logging enquiries on the system
  • Liaising with various departments
  • Accurate data entry onto Excel and CRMs
  • Processing paperwork
  • Administration support for the team

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Good IT skills and an eye for detail
  • Experience in an Administration or Customer Service role
  • A can do and team player attitude
