About The Company:A respected business with over 400 dedicated employees locally, they are experiencing a period of growth and are looking to add to their finance team.The Role:We are looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. The position will offer the right candidate opportunity to further grow and develop whilst working within a community spirited environment.Key Responsibilities:

Work with the company’s existing finance framework and develop further improvements.
Be a key member of the team, able to mentor junior staff and support both the FD and CFO.
Acting independently to ensure the high standard of financial reporting is maintained.
Create meaningful reports to deliver to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

Qualified Accountant – ACCA, CIMA or ACA
Demonstrable background in finance management
Experience using finance systems and Advanced Excel
Proven ability to work in a multi-site environment
