Estate Services Operative required for this major visitor attraction in the Folkestone area.About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients' team as an Estate Services Operative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of this large, diverse estate including retail, restaurants attractions and residences. Your efforts will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of estate services, including planned preventive maintenance, reactive works, servicing, and testing.
  • Manage waste in communal areas, including moving bins for collection, and cleaning bins and bin stores.
  • Clean communal car parks and basement areas.
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct alarm testing and visual maintenance inspections, reporting issues as necessary.
  • Provide operational support to the Estate Administrator in delivering estate and concierge services.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in delivering proactive and positive customer service.
  • Skilled in a variety of minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with strong attendance and timekeeping.
  • A versatile all-rounder capable of handling multiple job tasks.
  • Holder of an SIA licence, or willing to obtain and maintain one, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Possess a valid driving licence, with the ability to use company vehicles on and off-site.
