About Us: We are a thriving Secondary Academy located on the picturesque South Kent coast, dedicated to providing an outstanding education to our students. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reprographics Manager to join our team immediately.

Role Overview: As the Reprographics Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the reprographics department, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality printed materials to support the educational and administrative needs of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reprographics department.
  • Produce and manage the distribution of printed materials, including worksheets, booklets, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and operate reprographics equipment, ensuring all machines are in good working order.
  • Manage stock levels of paper and other consumables, placing orders as necessary.
  • Provide support and training to staff on the use of reprographics equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright laws and school policies.
  • Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to meet their printing needs efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reprographics or similar role.
