Ventilation Cleaning Technician Immediate Start

Location: Kent, London South East areas for Work Office is in Folkestone (CT18 7HR)

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, DOE

Full training and personal development plan will be provided for the successful applicant. No experience is required. This role would suit someone wanting a hands-on role as it can be physically demanding.

Your responsibilities:

The main part of your role will be to assist the Lead engineer on delivering ventilation, ductwork cleaning and other air and water hygiene services to our clients.

You will be working to undertake preventative maintenance servicing and cleaning of a range of ventilation systems, fans and various kitchen environments and any additional duties related to the role as required.

  • Duct Hygiene and Grease Ductwork Cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease
  • Full Kitchen Extract Deep Cleaning and Cooking Appliance Cleaning
  • Installing Access Panels
  • Water tank cleaning and collecting water samples
  • Taking required before and after photos training provided
  • Ensuring service sheets and reports are completed and issued on time.
  • Using rotary cleaning cables and brushes training provided
  • Working at height and using safe access equipment training provided
