Key Responsibilities as General Manager:
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and sales.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet the hotels objectives.
Ensure adherence to Best Western brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative culture.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the community.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

Previous experience in a General Manager position.
