My client is recruiting for a HR Adviser with a data and HR systems background who will work closely with the Head of HR and People Development to deliver on a new HR Information Systems project.

You will be a critical thinker, with the ability to understand and develop systems workflows, the transfer of information between systems and to understand the difference an effective HRIS can make to our organisation. You will be enthusiastic, with a real passion and flair for systems and data with experience in employee relations as well.

This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

  • Have professional credibility and gravitas
  • Have a great knowledge of HR systems, metrics and insights
  • Ideally have an understanding of the education industry and HR information systems within education
  • Ideally have worked in a team who successfully delivered a HR information system.
  • Have excellent relationship building skills
  • An analytics and process driven mind set.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, able to work on own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Have very strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
  • Be committed to success and delivery against agreed objectives and targets
  • Be willing to challenge the status quo and constantly question whether there is a better way.
  • Have CIPD Level 5, or an equivalent, value adding qualification.
