We are seeking a systems expert with a passion for HR technology and a track record of successful HR Information System (HRIS) implementation for a multi-academy trust in south Kent.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic HR team, to ensure the efficient implementation of a new HRIS and shape the future of HR operations for the trust.

The work will include establishing efficient workflows, ensuring data migration accuracy, improving data management, creating user guides and training the team on the new system. You will also have the opportunity to develop your employee relations knowledge, supporting the team with ER cases.

The successful HR Systems and Data Officer will bring experience of implementation of HRIS systems within education. You will have excellent relationship building skills with an analytics and process driven mindset. Self-motivated, you work on your own initiative to prioritise workloads effectively. With strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, you will be committed to success and delivery against agreed targets.

This role is a fixed term contract until October 2025. 37 hours per week, one day working from home.
