Our client is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to provide expert legal support, manage contractual agreements, and advise on risk across a variety of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice across commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements.
• Support the business in managing risk and legal disputes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified Solicitor in commercial finances
• Experience in commercial and corporate law.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
