PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1 – 3 PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £35 - 45,000 (DOE). JOB REF: 215297957The appointed Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to commercial and residential property law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations. • You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload, which will include handling a variety of commercial leases, new builds, equity transfers, and both freehold and leasehold extensions.
