Occupational Health Technician Folkestone£25,000 - £27,000 (over time up to £30,000)

Our leading and dynamic client is recruiting for an Occupational Health Technician to ensure the delivery of health surveillance and health promotion.

The Occupational Health Technician will be carrying out the following:

  • Health Surveillance
  • Audiometry and Spirometry
  • Skin assessments and Hand Arm Vibration (Tier 1 & 2)
  • Fitness for work medicals (i.e. driver, working at height medicals or vision screening)
  • Drug & alcohol testing
  • Wellbeing medical and health promotion

Our client is looking for:

  • Previous Occupational Health experience inc. health surveillance and/or fitness for work medicals. Ideally previous experience of Rail medicals.
  • Able to complete overnight stays and extensive travel throughout the UK (overnight stays maybe Monday - Friday depending on client requirements)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Competent IT user (MS office suite and/or electronic medical records systems)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Great communication skills
