Role - Cover Supervisor
Start Date - ASAP
Daily rate - £90 - £110 a day depending on experience
Location - Folkestone
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisor to support a range of secondary schools in the Folkestone area.
The Role:
- Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Provide support to students as needed
- Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
- Previous experience as a cover supervisor within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
