Our client, a leading provider of cross-Channel travel, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Terminal Support Staff.
We require individuals who can be available for on-call shifts, primarily during peak periods, such as school holidays (Friday - Monday).
What you'll do:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Offer a range of services, including food and beverage provision
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and can-do attitude
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, primarily during school holidays
- The ability to reach the Folkestone site within 30 minutes of a call-out
What we offer
- On-call shifts: 75 per shift
- Pay rates for days (8am-8pm): 12.50 per hour
- Pay rates for nights (8pm-8am): 15.00 per hour
- Two days of paid training (this will be at the end of Jan 2025)
