Our well-established client are looking to onboard an ambitious and detail orientatedCustoms Managerto join their flourishing team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation and be part of a rapidly growing business where hard work and dedication is rewarded. Previous experience within a similar role is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Customs Administrators to ensure the day to day function is running as smooth as possible
  • Working with agents to facilitate the clearance of goods in and out of the UK
  • Maintaining and updating the inhouse systems to record customs transactions
  • Act as an Account Manager for the companies customers
  • Review and proof read customer documents
  • Foster the relationship between the operations and finance department
  • Auditing the customer declarations to confirm accuracy
  • Produce KPI's for the department
