Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 / £300 - £400 per day (Inside IR35) Negotiable for the right candidate

The Role
Supporting the entire Senior Leadership team, this Quantity Surveyor position offers a clear pathway to progressing into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
You will be the central commercial support for the team and hold responsibility for managing subcontractors, forecasting and financial reporting, conducting monthly cost and value reconciliation, and handling projects from bidding and tendering through to completion.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver multiple projects valued at approximately £10 million each, gaining hands-on experience in all project phases, from tendering through to completion.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a Rail, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background and be based in Kent or willing to travel.
This role is perfect for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.
