We are looking for compassionate Care and Support Workers to provide dedicated care for individuals with physical disabilities, mental health needs, or illness. If you have a passion for helping others, this could be the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of personal and physical care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and maintaining hygiene.
  • Ensure privacy and dignity for all clients.
  • Prepare and serve meals in line with each client’s dietary needs, adhering to health and hygiene procedures.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and engaging in social, recreational, and community activities such as craftwork, using public transport, and shop work.
  • Act as a key worker for several clients, providing dedicated, personalised care and monitoring daily progress.
  • Keep detailed records of clients’ activities, medication, diet, and interactions with carers.
  • Report any concerns or changes to senior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, and other relevant policies.
Essential Experience:
  • Experience in caring for older people, adults with learning disabilities, or ill adults in a working, voluntary, or family setting.
  • A positive, supportive attitude and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
