Our well-established client are looking to onboard an ambitious and detail orientated Customs Manager to join their flourishing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation and be part of a rapidly growing business where hard work and dedication is rewarded. Previous experience within a similar role is required.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Customs Administrators to ensure the day to day function is running as smooth as possible
- Working with agents to facilitate the clearance of goods in and out of the UK
- Maintaining and updating the inhouse systems to record customs transactions
- Act as an Account Manager for the companies customers
- Review and proof read customer documents
- Foster the relationship between the operations and finance department
- Auditing the customer declarations to confirm accuracy
- Produce KPI's for the department
Requirements:
