The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the Managed Print Services sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in SMEs and large enterprises.
  • Present and demonstrate MPS solutions to potential clients, showcasing cost-saving and efficiency benefits.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the print and document management sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Managed Print Services or a related industry (e.g., office solutions, IT, or document management).
  • Strong understanding of MPS, digital document solutions, and print hardware/software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
