Anderselite are currently collaborating with an award winning, AJ100 architectural practice in Birmingham. Due to a recent spike of work, and their string desire to expand their Birmingham office, they are keen to speak with newly qualified Architects. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven, passionate Part 3, who is seeking a busy and reputable company who supports and prioritises progression.
Responsibilities:
Design buildings and detailed drawings using BIM and CAD tools (Revit).
Deliver architectural services as outlined in the project brief within deadlines.
Navigate constraints like town planning, environmental impact, and budget.
Collaborate with construction professionals to assess project feasibility.
Coordinate with engineers, managers, surveyors, and technologists.
Apply for planning permissions and seek regulatory advice.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and contracts.
Develop project briefs with clients and adapt plans as needed.
Primarily studio-based, with frequent site visits and client meetings.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and ensure confidentiality of information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Part 3 qualification
Previous experience in the UK, managing and delivering projects
Proficiency with Revit
Previous experience with BIM (desirable)
Attraction towards creativity and imaginations
Proven experience in design and drafting
Excellent project management and planning skills
